Personalised Mugs - business promotions and personalised gifts. 10oz capacity, with a special coating that reacts with heat turning your mugs from black to white revealing your image when hot liquid is added. (Please note that your image is slightly visible when mug is cold). NOT dishwasher safe. Please note, your image must be suitable to stretch 19cm wide and 7 cm tall without losing proportion. If this is not possible the image will be printed opposite the handle and not as a full wrap. Regular photographs are most suited to the front/back design.

Upload an image and see it on your product. You can upload a jpeg, gif, bmp or png picture. Click browse to find a picture, then click UPLOAD+.

As you have a design in a non-bitmap format, such as Microsoft Word, (.doc), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), PDF file or any other format this will be added to your order as an attachment. This will be displayed on your product as a paper clip.

HELP AND INFORMATION

Use the browse button to locate the file on your computer that you wish to use on your chosen product, we can accept most file types including JPG, GIF, PNG, EPS etc. For photographs please use JPG if possible.

For best print quality it is best to upload a large (200k - 500k) jpeg file with a compression between 50% and 75%.

The online designer will scale the image to fit the product.

Please be patient when uploading images as this can take some time, especially if the image is a large file.

If you are experiencing problems or have another file type used by a graphic application i.e. Photoshop, CorelDraw, Powerpoint etc. please attach the file using this option, your file will then show as a paperclip attached to the products, we will then receive your file with your order
