Textiles
Currently we only use dye sublimation for all white garment printing as we find the quality of this method to be fantastic and long lasting – and so do you according to all the fantastic feedback that we receive.
For dark coloured garments we print using Flock. Flock is a raised textile that is available in a number of colours and is expertly cut and weeded letter by letter and heat applied to your garment. Flock was selected for the high quality that the finished results offers and this will not fade or lose quality wash after wash. Your Design does not use transfers as we feel that the end result appears cheap and lacks durability.
Currently we are testing a new range of Direct to Garment printers as we are aware that these are the future of garment decoration. As soon as we are satisfied by the quality and the durability we shall launch into this and offer high quality photographic prints on both light and coloured garments.
Ceramics
Dye Sublimation is our chosen method. We have been doing this for over 8 years now and still we are impressed by the quality. Using only the best quality of mugs, and inks our mugs are second to none. All mugs are dishwasher proof with the exception of the heat change mugs- due to the special coating they have we advise that these are hand wash only.
Engraved Gifts
Our latest addition is the range of engraved photo gifts that we offer. Engraved using a light engraving method we are able to engrave your logo, text or photograph on to a lovely range of products.
Wines
Always popular are our wine gifts – fully personalise a bottle of red or white wine with your design or photograph – a great photo gift for special occasions and those hard to buy for people!

How do we maintain such high levels of quality?
Printing Blanks – we only use the best printing blanks – we only buy high quality mugs and textiles etc, not cheap imports.
Inks – we only use the best and most durable inks on the market. No cutting corners here!
Quality Checking – ever order is checked at every stage through the print process, and final check is completed at the packing stage. If it is not deemed as right, we start again!
Customers – we are sure you would say if you were not happy with our products and quality – how do we know this? Because so many of you let us know how happy you are!
Competitors – mmm this is the naughty one, but we know we get tested too… we order from competitors the same products and images just to make sure we are the best…
Who prints my order?
All the items on our website are printed in house by us, which is why we know our products are always fantastic!
It’s quick and easy to print my order….. How many people do you think are involved in creating your gift? One? Two maybe? Nope lots more!
One Person – You, you have spent time to create your design.
Second Person – Downloads your order and refers to the relevant in house designer specialising in that area.
Third person – Creates your artwork using our design templates
Fourth person – Cuts the artwork and places in a work list for each print worker – ceramics, textiles etc
Fifth person – Print worker – applies the artwork to your chosen product
Sixth Person – Checks the quality, matches your order to your address and invoice
Seventh Person – The packer. Final quality check and your order is packed
Eight Person – Phew…. The postman takes your order from us and delivers it to you….All Done!
