Success Story
The Job Centre Plus wants to do an article on Yourdesign to go in there magazines and training literature, explaing how they helped us at Christmas time to recruit some Christmas staff. They want to produce a “Good News Story” explaining how we over the past have struggerling to get the right staff for the job, we must say they did do an excellent job.
Advertising for vacancys
In the past we had always advertised in newspapers for our staff until we were contacted by Michelle from the Job Centre she explained the benefits from working with them and thought they had the right applicants for the rolls we wanted to fill, so we arranged for a day of interviews to be held were all the candidates were asked to attend and we could have a chat with them, the Job Centre even supplied us with our lunch!! after the day we decided on who we thought would be best suited for the rolls and asked them to start. We will be recruiting again and we will be trying our luck with the Job Centre again!
