Petplan have launched their mini site www.petraitgallery.co.uk which they hope breaks a record for the largest gallery of pets ever! They hope to get more than 138,000 images………

Visitors to the site can upload pictures of their pets and view them on the online gallery, they can also rate other pictures they see on the site -  each visitor who uploads their image is given a unique number in the quest to break the record!

They also wanted to offer a service so the record breakers that uploaded their images could buy personalised gifts with their pets printed on them, this is where Yourdesign came in.  They used our API on their site to do this which simply opens up a window within their site, gives the visitor access to a design online service, completes the transaction and they are sent back to the Petraitgallery! All the uploading of the images and rending onto the products is done on the Yourdesign servers.

They customized the API so it would fit within their site, matching colours and feel to their own website.
