In the September 2002 we launched our fist website www.designamug.co.uk which just sold personalised mugs, the site was quite basic to use, and customers had to email designs to us, our online designer was just a twinkle in our eye.
Still the site did very well for us, and quickly allowed us to see that customers loved our work and that we really enjoyed producing photo mugs. Quickly we realised that there was much more out there than mugs……
